Our Member Relations Committee was delighted to surprise Moda Mia with our November Member Spotlight, just in time for Small Business Saturday, celebrating its 15th anniversary November 30, 2024.

Johanna Maldonado opened Moda Mia at 26 Center Street in Chicopee Center in September 2023, fulfilling a lifelong dream of hers to own a women's clothing boutique. Moda Mia is all about  empowering women and boosting their confidence through fashion and features a stunning collection of pieces fitting for a day at the office to clothing for date night or a girls’ night out.

Moda Mia joins a robust community of small businesses adding to the overall revitalization of Chicopee Center. The store is the perfect complement to neighboring businesses in Chicopee Center. It's easy to imagine someone starting their day with some relaxation at Beauty Batlles Lounge; grabbing a coffee at Goodworks; shopping at Moda Mia; and sitting down for a meal at Island Spice or the Munich Haus.
